Training & Race Adventures

Build character, develop leadership, and transform lives through mountain biking all while having a blast riding incredible trails across North Carolina!

Team Training Sessions

We train three days a week starting in December, using local mountain bike trails and other riding spots in Onslow County.

Regular training not only improves riding skills and fitness but also boosts confidence, focus, and mental resilience. Our program is designed to build a strong mind, body, and character in every rider, helping them develop healthy habits and a lifelong love for active living.

Competitive Events

Racing with the DownEast Dirt Dawgs is open to youth of all skill levels, giving every rider the chance to develop discipline, perseverance, sportsmanship, and a sense of accomplishment.

Competing as part of a team teaches student-athletes empathy, humility, flexibility, and resilience. They discover that it takes a community to support a racer and make an event successful.
